  These guys really know customer service! Went into the store with my 90 yr old friend and they were more than accommodating to her needs: she ordered a hoagie wrap. I ordered a hoagie with the works. The food was excellent! The roll was fresh the lunch meat was plentiful and delish! The veggies were crisp and fresh! The pickles and peppers were plentiful. I can't say enough for the great experience we had. We will be back!

  I went to this restaurant based upon reviews. I ordered a roast beef and turkey hoagie. The roast beef grayish looking and tasted funny like it was old. I have never been to a hoagie shop that didnt have rare to med rare roast beef.
  Perhaps i should have went to WaWa.

  Worst customer service ever. Went inside store to place an order. Not one customer inside. Orders PLAIN chicken steak NO CHEESE and small fry. Food was finished in about 7 minutes. Confirmed as I picked bag up that there was no cheese on steak cook stated there was not arrive home to open a chicken CHEESEsteak. Called to ask if they could deliver correct sandwich was told they only have 1 driver and they don't come that far down mcdade but I could come back for new sandwich or refund tomorrow as I requested. Asked to speak to manager to see if food could be delivered for inconvenience he refused to get on phone but told receptionist I could drive back for new sandwich or get refund next time I come in. There will NEVER be a next time except for me coming to get my refund!! Also there was never any form of apology for the mistake made by them.

  Cheese Steaks are really great! Hoagies,  not so much at all. The Turkey is good, a bit salty, but the roast beef was crap to me, over cooked and dry, salami not tasty, corned beef just so so....... bread was ok, nothing to write home about.
  
  Then there's the staff - older guy, probably the manager was not very friendly at all, and everything was "a big deal" to him.
  
  I hope to see friendly staff that is appreciative of the customers, and for sure not to hear the guy bellyaching about being there on "his day off".

  After seeing Joe's reply - I don't want to get anyone individually in trouble. It was not the young guy - he was trying really hard, and seemed to get bullied by the older guy.  Just please tell the day guys to chill out - was today around 1:30 (Thursday).

  Ordered a cheesesteak Hoagie, mild wings and dry wings to go. Not a great experience... Hoagie was soggy.... lettuce and tomato on the bottom, lettuce totally wilted and uneatable. The mild wings came in a soup of sauce and were also soggy. Don't know if their Togo containers we're the cause off the soggy wings as the dry wings were also soggy. Very disappointed with this visit.
